surprisingly great stay
clean complexfriendly staffconvenient bus
I found the complex to be very clean. everywhere seemed newly decorated. the staff, especially in the dining room, were amazing. They were all friendly and polite. the free bus service to port aventura worked well. it was just a short walk to the beach!
the air conditioning did not work well when i arrived, but they fixed it. it seemed okay for the rest of the stay.

i noted the apartment pool view had adequate space. the beds offered high comfort. i could relax well after a long day at the parks. the room was very clean upon arrival.

The hotel is conveniently located near the amusement park. also the city with restaurants and shops are nearby. the room bathroom and terrace were big and clean. the hotel offers a shuttle to the park and back. I found this helpful.
the rooftop bar hours were not consistent. we experienced it closed when it should have been open.
