excellent sleep quality

great sleep good location friendly staff
the mattress on the bed was super good giving me great sleep i also found the room was clean. its location is good with a short walk to town. the staff were friendly.
i noticed some guests were noisy running slamming doors and dragging chairs about at all hours of the night. the noise affected my sleep a bit. it would be good if this was handled better.

the hotel is situated conveniently close to a conference center and the beach offering an optimal balance for both business and leisure travelers. port aventura is within a reasonable distance either by walking for about 10-15 minutes or via the available transfer service.

dirty shower blocked shower
the room was big but had no utensils. it also has no kettle. the air con worked well but the shower seemed dirty. there were hairs round the plug hole when i got there and the shower blocked. it wasn't the best start to the holiday.

spacious room friendly staff good balcony fair price
I enjoyed the very spacious room it was great! Parking was good I found given the dates. I also loved how super friendly and helpful the staff was. My room had a good sized balcony I appreciate this, I enjoyed the fair prices at the pool bar.
The hill was a bit of a challenge I face due to my limited walking abilities.

This hotel is located a short distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, I confirm. I noticed the hotel is situated between PortAventura and the sea I was happy. The walking street leads down to the sea I liked it a lot.

The staff were very friendly I attest. The hotel offers discounts for the local theme parks this a big plus. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection I tasted it. I would come back any time.

surprisingly great stay

clean complex friendly staff convenient bus
I found the complex to be very clean. everywhere seemed newly decorated. the staff, especially in the dining room, were amazing. They were all friendly and polite. the free bus service to port aventura worked well. it was just a short walk to the beach!
the air conditioning did not work well when i arrived, but they fixed it. it seemed okay for the rest of the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the amusement park. also the city with restaurants and shops are nearby. the room bathroom and terrace were big and clean. the hotel offers a shuttle to the park and back. I found this helpful.
the rooftop bar hours were not consistent. we experienced it closed when it should have been open.
